In recent years, our Association and members have navigated unprecedented challenges in rapid succession. The health education landscape has been forever changed, and PAEA leadership knew it was time to update our strategic plan. The new plan will serve as the map that helps us navigate complex issues facing our profession and determine how best to support members while working toward our envisioned future together.

PAEA is thrilled to share our new strategic plan with members. Recognizing that our choices come with far-reaching impacts, the PAEA Board of Directors and staff carefully considered the diverse needs of the educators, students, patients, and communities we serve. The resulting plan outlines a core ideology that transcends current and future changes to our environment. Below is an overview of the vision, mission, and values that will shape our work in the years to come.
