Barry Universityâs College of Health and Wellness (CHW) is seeking a dynamic and innovative full time (12 month) faculty members to join our interdisciplinary group of healthcare experts. This position will be dedicated to our graduate-level Physician Assistant program (Master of Clinical Medical Sciences).

Anticipated start date: January 1, 2024
Essential Functions
- Teach graduate-level courses in the physician assistant program.
- Provide student mentorship and advising, including masterâs theses/projects.
- Engage in Program, College, and University service.
- Engage in scholarship.
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or accredited allopathic/osteopathic medical program.
- Current, unrestricted Florida licensure as a PA, medical or osteopathic physician or eligibility.
- Masterâs degree required.
- An earned Doctorate in a health-related field or in education preferred.
- Current NCCPA or physician board certification or eligibility.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Prior faculty experience is preferred.
