Barry University’s College of Health and Wellness (CHW) is seeking a dynamic and innovative full time (12 month) faculty members to join our interdisciplinary group of healthcare experts. This position will be dedicated to our graduate-level Physician Assistant program (Master of Clinical Medical Sciences).

Essential Functions

• Teach graduate-level courses in the physician assistant program.
• Provide student mentorship and advising, including master’s theses/projects.
• Engage in Program, College, and University service.
• Engage in scholarship.

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or accredited allopathic/osteopathic medical program.
• Current, unrestricted Florida licensure as a PA, medical or osteopathic physician or eligibility.
• Master’s degree required.
• An earned Doctorate in a health-related field or in education preferred.
• Current NCCPA or physician board certification or eligibility.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Prior faculty experience is preferred.
