Quinnipiac University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the School of Health Sciences as a Coordinator of Program Data and Assessment for the Physician Assistant program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the programâs compliance with accreditation standards, maintaining accurate and comprehensive data, and facilitating ongoing assessment efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the programâs commitment to excellence in education.

Responsibilities:Â Â Â
Data Collection, Analysis and Management
Perform quantitative and qualitative data administration, collection, aggregation and analysis for the program and provide data-related reports to support ongoing self-assessment and accreditation.
Coordinate with the Director of Outcomes and Assessment and QU Information Technology on course evaluations with Campus Climate.
Accreditation Support
   Assist in the preparation of the information for annual self-study (SSRI), complying with all the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) standards
Accreditation Assessment
   Responsible for working with the administrative compliance staff (i.e., Administrative Assistant) for coordination and maintenance of program-related clinical logging and outcomes/assessment software platforms, such as EXXAT and E*Value
Program Operation
   At the discretion of and appointment by the Department Chair/Program Director participate on program- and school-related committees pertaining to the program accreditation and assessment
Teaching and Course Coordination
   Coordination of a minimum of one didactic course per year as designated by the Department Chair depending on program needs
   Carry an annual course load of 6 credit-hours, or the equivalent contact hours
   Participate in all department-required faculty activities
Qualifications:Â Â Â
   Minimum Requirements:
       Clinical education program accreditation experience
       Clinical education program assessment experience
Master's degree (Physician Assistant or a discipline related to the duties required such as mathematics, statistics, educational assessment, etc.) from regionally accredited institution in the United States
       Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative assessment data collection and analysis
       Excellent in written and verbal communication skills for data informed narratives
       Proficiency with MS Office products and database software
       Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion

Preferred Qualifications:
       Doctorate degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution in the United States
       Physician Assistant / medical education experience
       A working understanding of the most current ARC-PA Standards of Accreditation
       Experience with ARC-PA accreditation review
       Experience with EXXAT and E*Value
